CVMI 2022 will also provide a platform for budding PhD scholars who have recently pursued the cutting edge research work at various Research Institutes or Universities, in the areas of Computer Vision and Machine Intelligence. This scheme is open for PhD Scholars of Institutes of National importance like IITs, IIITs, NITs and any other Research Institute or University. Final selection will be done based on the technical relevance of the PhD problem to the conference theme, the quality of working model proposed, and presentation in front of an expert panel.
PhD scholars who have recently defended their PhD thesis during 2021-2022 can participate. Interested candidates can submit research plan or proposal within 2 pages of extended abstract along with the copies of relevant publications to cvmi@iiita.ac.in on or before 5th August 2022 (with email subject as CVMI 2022 PhD Colloquium Submission)

Few Points to be noted:

• Selected candidates are required to register for the conference at a special registration rate of Rs. 2360/-, and must do a presentation at the conference, either physically or virtually.
• The selected and registered candidate will get a free passport to all the sessions of CVMI 2022.
